Welding around the entire perimeter of the pack was carried out using an automated line specially designed by TNT Manufacturing. The cover and the collar come from Tesem, and the pump from Silgan Dispensing This pack has been reworked in a rechargeable version and in bio sourced HDPE to be part of a more virtuous approach. These two bottles are made of PET, in injection blow molding and with a capacity of 150ml.They are both screen-printed with a black color and differentiated by 2 varnishes: matte varnish or glossy varnish. The design takes up the brand’s codes and transposes its universe dedicated to the black bee, a rare species producing the honey which will serve as a key ingredient in the royal bee range.“Guerlain has engaged in a long and rigorous process of mapping the life cycle of its creations. » The origin of the products is available on Bee Respect, the Guerlain platform dedicated to transparency and traceability.
In the same collection as the Abeille Royale bottles in 150ml capacity, a 300ml bottle has been developed for the “Royal Jelly Fortifying Lotion”. It is made of natural PET, by injection blowing, and meets eco-friendly requirements design of the Guerlain brand.This bottle reflects the brand’s commitment to the development of products combining science and benefits, products derived from biodiversity but also a vision to act for the climate and create a positive societal impact.
